**Preconditions**
* browser.ml.linkPreview.enabled: true
* browser.search.region: US


**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Friedrich_Merz link.
2. Press Shift + Alt to open a link preview on **Bundestag** link.

**Expected result** 
* Three keypoints are generated.

**Actual result**
* Only one keypoint is generated.


**Regression range**
*  This happens after bug 1962761.


**Additional notes**
* Attached a screenshot.
* Description of bug [1962761#c0](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1962761#c0) mentions a reduction in overall length. Please mark this as invalid if it also decreases the number of generated keypoints.
