Hello! I have performed a regression range on Windows 10 x64 and obtained the following push log: https://hg-edge.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=79d1a7890fc2dd1696919ae72559afcbdca6efaf&tochange=deb757393ed3a48a09c830ee109b3a4b2eb758e8.
I have used the following steps:
1. I have created a profile on the latest Nightly with the sidebar button added to the toolbar and the sidebar panel set to History.
2. I have closed the sidebar and used this profile in mozregression with the `reuse` option.
3. On each Firefox build, I have opened the sidebar, confirmed the panel, set to `History` again, clicked a history option, closed the seidebar, and restarted Firefox (Ctrl+ Alt + R).
4. After restart, I opened Sidebar again from the button and confirmed it's state (If it was on Bookmarks -> Bad build, on History -> good build)

Possible regressor: bug 1921536.

Note: For some reason, this is very confusing... Using Mozregression, I had the expected behavior on good builds, after a Firefox restart, opening the sidebar will open History as chosen in the previous session. However, if I download Firefox 137.0, which is not affected, I can still reproduce this issue after a restart for some reason... Please let me know if the regressor is not accurate and another regression range is needed.
