Every snackbar (row in the doc) falls under one of the 3 categories: remove as is, update the existing snackbar, keep snackbar as is with no changes.

This ticket covers the removal of snackbar as determined. To make it simpler, I have created a copy of the same document but only included snackbars that can be removed without any design, string or UX changes:
