The implementation shows the main VPN card with a border color and no drop shadow. After Jamie consulted with Jules, we have the go ahead to proceed with the design as shown in the mocks. Note this applies to both the connected and not connected states.

Note this applies to both the connected and not connected states. If the drop shadow can't be done, please consult with Jamie for a fallback plan that relies on border colors.
