Meta for isolated performance related issues / research / documentation bug.

Some known items about performance on isolated processes right now:
* GeckoView Example can take profiles smoothly without issues
* Fenix can take profiles when workarounds applied (crash reporter disabled), but it is precarious and constantly crashes in a way it doesn't with profiling off (bug tbd)
