Meta for isolated performance related issues / research / documentation bug.

Some known items about performance on isolated processes right now:

• GeckoView Example can take profiles smoothly without issues
• Fenix can take profiles when workarounds applied (crash reporter disabled), but it is precarious and constantly crashes in a way it doesn't with profiling off (bug 1986101)
• Early perf compare try report w/bug 1977950 and bug 1983811 applied + manual enablement

I'm disconnecting bug 1986101 from this meta because the profiler works fine if screenshots are turned off in the profiler settings. I'll relabel that bug to be more generic.

Bug 1859857 relates to zygote preloading and we expect hopefully some performance changes when it is active.

Zygote preloading will be available for secret settings preview after bug 1991512 and bug 1989943 land. (Isolated processes and zygote processes are defined as separate process types right now. App zygote preloading is implicitly using isolated processes.)

This bug's scope might change to Performance on App Zygote Preloading Processes, but I'll leave it as isolated processes for now.
