Bug 1859857 relates to zygote preloading and we expect hopefully some performance changes when it is active. Zygote preloading will be available for secret settings preview after bug 1991512 and bug 1989943 land. (Isolated processes and zygote processes are defined as separate process types right now. App zygote preloading is implicitly using isolated processes.)

App zygote preloading is implicitly using isolated processes.) This bug's scope might change to `Performance on App Zygote Preloading Processes`, but I'll leave it as isolated processes for now.
