browser.backup.preferences.ui.enabled = true
browser.backup.enabled = true

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open Firefox.
2. Go to "about:preferences#sync" page
3. Check backup section. 

**Expected result**
*Under the backup section there should be only “Manage backup” button.
**Actual result**
*There is also a grey out button “Backup now”.
