This should be fixed by Bug 1992171, could we reconfirm and close if this is no longer reproducible?
Confirming that this has been fixed by bug 1992171 using latest Nightly 146.0a1 on Windows 10 and 11. Marking as verified fixed.

Not sure why I changed the status of 145 to disabled when I did but I think this is something that we will need for 145, otherwise we'll end up with a Backup now button visible but not accessible when backup is off. I know that bug 1992171 fixed this but that patch also fixed bug 1910059, which should not be uplifted since the specs have changed...
Adding needinfo to Harshit to see how to handle this sittuation.

Since this is a P3, I don't think we'll be uplifting this, we can let it ride the trains!
The button is a little unexpected, but since it's disabled, it shouldn't affect users too badly
