Flavius, The new download process for fx149 is for the STUB installer, not the Firefox Setup file. These are two different installation processes. I don't understand why you made any changes to the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/custom-installation-firefox-on-windows/ article. Can you get a second opinion on what, if any, changes were needed?
