* keyword.enabled set to false 

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Focus the new search box and enter any string.
2. Hover over the search box button. 

**Expected result**
* Tooltip should read ‘<default engine>, pick a search engine’ 

**Actual result**
* Tooltip reads ‘Keyword search is disabled’.

**Regression range**
* Will look for one ASAP.
