**Preconditions**
* A Company admin is logged into the Console.
* Multiple users (authenticated and unauthenticated) are created on different operating systems.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Log into the Console
2. Go to the Dashboard section and observe the Total Users count.

**Expected result**
* User count should be accurate and consistent across all sections.

**Actual result**
* In the Dashboard section, the Total Users count shows 0, even though the Users section lists - 20 users.

**Regression range**
* this is not a regression.
