Affected versions

Tested platforms

  • Affected platforms: Windows 11 x64, Ubuntu 24.04 and macOS 26

Preconditions

  • A Company admin is logged into the Console.
  • Multiple users (authenticated and unauthenticated) are created on different operating systems.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Go to the Dashboard section and observe the Total Users count.
  3. Go to the Users section and observe the Total users count.

Expected result

  • User count should be accurate and consistent across all sections.

Actual result

  • In the Dashboard section, the Total Users count shows 0, even though the Users section lists 20 users.

Regression range

  • this is not a regression.

Yes, the count in the dashboard is incorrect, this is a known issue.
Pending the server-side API reporting the correct values.
Though it's not an easy problem: what values should we report? The Active users (that is, not the ones that just got enrolled/the ones that have been blocked) or all of them? And "sign in" means "sign in on at least one device"?

Verified as fixed on https://console-gcp-eu.enterfox.eu/ - the same total users count is displayed across the Dashboard and Users sections.
