- Affected platforms: Windows 11 x64, Ubuntu 24.04 and macOS 26
Preconditions
- A Company admin is logged into the Console.
- Multiple users (authenticated and unauthenticated) are created on different operating systems.
Steps to reproduce
- Log into the Console
- Go to the Dashboard section and observe the Total Users count.
- Go to the Users section and observe the Total users count.
Expected result
- User count should be accurate and consistent across all sections.
Actual result
- In the Dashboard section, the Total Users count shows 0, even though the Users section lists 20 users.
Regression range
- this is not a regression.

Yes, the count in the dashboard is incorrect, this is a known issue.
Pending the server-side API reporting the correct values.
Though it's not an easy problem: what values should we report? The Active users (that is, not the ones that just got enrolled/the ones that have been blocked) or all of them? And "sign in" means "sign in on at least one device"?

Verified as fixed on https://console-gcp-eu.enterfox.eu/ - the same total users count is displayed across the Dashboard and Users sections.
