Clicking on "Protection Dashboard" closes the shield menu and opens a new tab. Same for "Report broken site" and "Protection dashboard" in the legacy shield menu. Reenabling the trustPanel icon and trying clicking on on "Privacy Settings" still has the behavior observed in comment 0. After trying around a bit more: It might only be observable the first time the trustPanel opens (or other conditions), because I can't reproduce when opening and closing the protection panel before starting the STR from comment 0.
