*Steps to reproduce*
1. Enable the Smart Window.
2. Set to Never Remember History from preferences.
3. Restart the Browser and open the Hamburger menu

*Expected result*
* The Open Smart Window option is still visible in the Hamburger and Top menus

*Actual result*
* The Smart Window options should not be visible when Firefox is in private session mode.
* Please note that the main Window Switcher button is missing and the AI model does not work in a private session.
* The Something went wrong error is displayed.
