Steps to reproduce
- Enable the Smart Window.
- Set to Never Remember History from preferences.
- Restart the Browser and open the Hamburger menu
Expected result
- The Smart Window switcher button should be displayed when Never Remember history is enabled.
Actual result
- Please note that the main Window Switcher button is missing and the AI model does not work in a private session.
