A question for you Becca - given the following scenario: - create a new profile - login into VPN with a 75%/90% usage account - finalize the login => the VPN main panel with a warning is opened automatically and **the infobar is dimissed**; - dismiss the warning - open a new window => **should the infobar be displayed or not is this case**? It would make sense to be displayed because it was not dimissed, but this means we will have the infobar available untill we manually dismiss it, and somehow beats the purpose of this ticket.
