Here's the structure we landed on (please see attached images). 
**Summary of changes: **
- Reduce wordiness and eschew “link” where it doesn’t help with clarity of outcome upon click.
- Remove Ask %chatbot% as it doesn’t work as expected on links (summarizes the page user is on, rather than the link or returns an error in most cases).
- Bring Save Link As higher in the order as it’s 5x more people use 8x more times than bookmarking action.
- Move Preview Link a little lower in the hierarchy due it to being the least frequent of all link context menu events.
