Bugzilla

The "Close as invalid" button summons a popup that tells you what's going to happen. It mentions:
> Post a warning comment
...but doesn't mention what the warning comment will say.

Could we extend that to say:
> Post a warning comment, asking the reporter not to file bugs to test or spam bugzilla

That would clarify the nature of the warning, and the nature of how-this-button-is-meant-to-be-used.
