Add a bit more detail to "Close as invalid" informational popup

The "Close as invalid" button summons a popup that tells you what's going to happen. It mentions:
Post a warning comment
...but it doesn't mention what the warning comment will say, nor do we say anywhere exactly what sorts of invalid bugs this button is meant to be used for.
Could we extend that to say:
Post a warning comment, asking the reporter not to file bugs to test or spam bugzilla
That would clarify the nature of the warning, and the nature of how-this-button-is-meant-to-be-used.

dveditz also suggested that we adjust the button label to be
"Close and move to Invalid Bugs"
Right now, it's "Close as Invalid" which is almost identical to the existing "Resolve as ... [INVALID]" button at the bottom of the bug.
If we named it "Close and move to Invalid Bugs", that would make it a bit clearer that it'll do some more things.
