Enable the Native Share Sheet by default for all Release channels. This should happen after the QA bugs are in a good place.

Enable the Native Share Sheet by default for all Release channels. This should happen after the QA bugs are in a good place. Do not remove the secret setting because we will still want a way to always toggle the old Share for maintenance since the native Share sheet is only supported in newer Android OS versions.
