2061755 - Enable Native Share Sheet by default for all Release channels

Enable the Native Share Sheet by default for all Release channels. This should happen after the QA bugs are in a good place. Do not remove the secret setting because we will still want a way to always toggle the old Share for maintenance since the native Share sheet is only supported in newer Android OS versions.

Since the QA report already came back GREEN, let's enable the native Share Sheet to ride the train to all releases. This is with the understanding that we still have QA that are WIP and will be verified after they are landed.
