[Affected versions]: 
Nightly 67.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
Platforms: Windows


[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the The Firefox Nightly version 64.0a1 (2018-10-10) and Update to the latest version of Firefox Nightly 67.0a1 (2019-02-12)
2. Reach about:support and check the status of the Launcher Process


Expected Result:
The Launcher Process should show enabled.

Actual Results:
The Launcher Process shows disabled due failure after updating the Firefox Browser from an older version.
Note:
The Antivirus used was Kaspersky but this issue occurs with other viruses as well like ESET NOD32.
This issue does not occur if the user upgrades The Firefox Nightly from 67 to an newer version of 67.
