Visit a site (doesn't matter if it was bookmarked previously) 5. Press ctrl + L to focus the address bar, tab once, arrow to bookmarks icon 6. Activate the bookmarks icon with the spacebar. 7. Hit tab several times until the 'save' button (should be) focused I'm running windows 10 (settings says version 20H2, if that's helpful)
