References are made to both the drafts and local drafts folder, but based on step 8 suggesting repeating the prior steps for a while, this seems almost entirely certain to be bug 839273 but it's worth skimming the logs to verify. (last triage I swear; in the process of going offline but not-great net connect right now means I have time to type responses to things.)

I was able to do this with a single email account. My repro steps: 1. Log into an email account with lots of email currently available in the inbox. 2. Move several emails to the draft folder (I usually did 6 emails) 3. Go to the draft folder. (Seen the bug at this point once) 4. Move a few emails from the Draft folder back to the inbox and navigate back to the Inbox. (Seen bug once at this point when scrolling the inbox while some messages were trying to load.) 5. Repeat moving of emails and checking the destination folder. 6. Bug should occur after a couple tries.
