prerequisites: The banner about marketplace maintenance mode is displayed. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open marketplace homepage on your Android device: https://marketplace.allizom.org/
2. Go to any app detail page.

Expected results:
There are no layout or display issues.

Actual results:
The page title is not displayed.

Notes/Issues:
The issue can be reproduced in all the page that contains a title.
Verified in FF44(Win7- Using responsive view, Android 5.1) Issue can be reproduced in mp-stage, dev and prod.
