After both ::placeholder and :placeholder-shown have shipped (bugs 1069012 and 1069015) for a sufficient period of time, we should be able to remove their prefixed counterparts.

The `:‑moz‑placeholder` pseudo‑class has been removed (possibly by accident) as part of bug 1069015 and bug 1069012.
