Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://voice.mozilla.org/record
2. Click Record button


Actual results:

I get an error saying "You must allow microphone access."


Expected results:

I should have been prompted for access to my microphone via a doorhanger.

This might be a duplicate of bug 1384986.
There's also bug 1385079, which broke *every* menu/doorhanger/etc. in some window managers, including the getUserMedia permission prompt.
