The MarkCSmithWork@aol.com asked me to review a patch in attachment.
I can view it but can't update the flag. 
It said "You are not authorised to edit attachment 131813 [details] [diff] [review]".

Expected Results:  
Please check my account permission on editing attachments of bugs of LDAP C SDK.
Erhyuan: This bug is not filed under the proper component - can you please go in
and change it?  Thanks.
I think this was resolved. MarkCSmithWork@aol.com assigned permissions to me.
