User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 As above in summary. I live in London; love Firefox & have told everyone I know to get it now; even as a public speaker I interject this at times. Anyhow, under web options images are enabled; no exception sites listed, so don't know what to do next. I often have to use this "streetmap" site, but it's irritating because I have to keep going back to Explorer to read it as Firefox won't. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. attempt loading the URL above is all that is necessary 2. 3. Actual Results: Page comes up, but maps won't "paint" or appear, only the tiny logo in upper left hand corner of each "block" of the map indicating there should be an image etc. Expected Results: show the map

WFM The images have URLs like http://195.92.245.225/image.dll?ShowImage&image=TQ37SE12.gif&street=Y&loc2=e7 If you can load from this URL directly, you might want to check that do indeed have Load Images enabled. See Bug 281479 Comment 3

I am stuck. Do you get any kind of error message? Does Page Info for either your or my URL show anything of interest?

Do you get any kind of error message? Does Page Info for either > your or my URL show anything of interest? No, it's really strange; www.streetmap.co.uk comes up as a home page fine, but type a UK postcode in it; mine for example is SE50NJ, and it shifts to the page, reads all the background page, but the map still doesn't show. No page information or error message appears, so I guess I'm stuck for now. Thanks for trying!

WFM as well. The images come from antoher server, so i suspect you are blocking them somehow. Make sure that Tools --> Options --> Web Features --> "Load images" is checked and "for the originating web site only" is unchecked.

Yes, thanks again, but both boxes are as you mentioned, but still the images don't load. Thanks anyhow.

Thanks anyhow. Cracked it. Somehow its a setting in ZoneLabs Pro. When I shut down ZoneLabs, the images load fine. However I can't locate a setting in ZoneLabs that allows me to alter any image settings or allowances, as the Zonelab settings are set to Medium in most cases, and no "major" restrictions are enabled. So, no problem in Firefox! > >
