49723 - "verifyme" link query should exclude where status = "verified"

There are a lot (558) bugs in the system that have the keyword of "verifyme" but 
have a status of "verified".  Changing the query in the link that displays the 
list of bugs to exclude bugs where the status = "verified" would take the count 
down from 884 to 326.

This would make the list much easier for people wanting to verify bugs to wade 
through, as it would be less than half the size it is now, and all the clutter 
would be gone.

This patch would only be for the mozilla.org local bugzilla install.

reviewers? Hixie? Endico? I don't have a local bugzilla so i can't guarantee 
this works, it should.

Bug #26940 would be the eventual solution.

True, but knocking off this bug is quick and would make the job of finding bugs 
that need verification a lot easier.

the current patch is horrible :-)

On b.m.o at the moment there are no bug counts anymore.  I plan on eventually
adding those bug counts back, probably as a daily-generated static page, at
which point the counts would be useful again.  In any case, these links could
exist without the counts, but not with this patch.  I think the real questios is
whether anyone still cares about this bug.  Anyone?

Well, seeing as I didn't even realize the bug counts were removed, I guess I
don't.  As long as bug 26940 is fixed sometime, this isn't needed.
