Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mobile Firefox 1.0.x from the Ovi Store
2. Install the 1.9.2_multi nightly build app catalog 

Actual Results:
Cannot install nightly builds

Expected Results:
I should be able to install nightly builds

As best as I can tell this fixes the problem, but will require users from the Ovi store to get builds with this in it in an update.

This doesn't seem to have worked in 1.1 on Ovi store.

This appears to re-spawn every app catalog update.

(I've never installed from Ovi, but found fennec in my /var/lib/hildon-application-manager/domain.nokia-system on my n900.

Also, all the files in that directory have recent timestamps as of ~5min ago)
