In bug 649863 I said we could put the validation + compatibility errors on the same page because, given the example, I assumed the errors were serious things that prevented adequate compatibility checking.

Having every notice and warning on the pages is too confusing (e.g. https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/cloudmagic/validation-result/4249 ) and we should only show fatal errors or compatibility failures on the compatibility results pages.
