Details
The following is data from 7/8 through 7/21 UTC and is for all channels and the numbers from release channel are so large that they make the numbers from the other channels insignificant. After figuring this out if the problem can be fixed either it will be fixed in this bug or a new bug.

Notes: Possible problem with WinXP WinInet? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/263754 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/258425/en-us Might be a progressbar issue on some WinXP systems confusing the user and causing them to cancel?
