Details

getUserMedia currently shares the existing recording indicator logic to persist a notification indicator post recording of the camera or microphone with mozCameras. However, this logic is not needed for getUserMedia since all security levels of an app are required to prompt and gain user acceptance before recording can start. As such, the risk of a short burst recording which promoted a recording indicator post recording is not needed. I'm proposing removing this for getUserMedia only.
