The site is sending the desktop content to Firefox OS and the mobile content to iOS Safari
Safari on iPhone is redirected to http://touch.fxstreet.com/, Firefox OS and Firefox on Android not redirected. Below is some HTTP traffic analysis to show how the sniffing works:
