User Story

We need to use ipdl as IPC for 
1. MozVoicemail. 
2. MozCellBroadcast.
3. and MozICCManager.

Acceptance Criteria: 
Successfully validate QA test cases around Voicemail, Cell broadcast, Telephony and DSDS.

Sorry, it's my fault. I should make dependency clearly. We need this user story in 2.1 because we need to fix bug 843452 blocking bug 889737, unifying both sendMMI() and dial() functions. However, I defined too big scopes for this user story before. For 2.1, we only need to use ipdl as IPC for "2. MozMobileConnection.". about other items, we will fix them in coming release. Sandip, could you please update user story? Thanks very much.

Ken, Let's just use 843452 for a 2.1 user story. I will remove the b2g-feature flag = 2.1 on this for now. 843452 already has that flag set.

Wesley, MozVoicemail, MozMobileConnection, MozCellBroadcast have already moved to IPC. Are you saying MozICCManager can't be converted to IPDL in time for 2.2?
Yes. The items are prioritized as 2nd priority before we kicked off 2.2. I think we can't make it before jan/E when the interfaces are supposed to be locked down. Though, Bevis will keep working on this (very likely it will be next-generation set).
