As a FF browser user in a call I can turn-on/off my camera so that I can't be seen. - Override SDK options (http://tokbox.com/opentok/libraries/client/js/reference/Publisher.html see setStyle) - Add a mute/unmute button as per: https://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/labs/loop-mvp-spec/#call-active
