From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20010913 BuildID: 2001091323 First I tried to open java.sun.com, mozilla asked me to install java plugin. I did it I installed jre.xpi from netscape being root, other user cannot install it. I relaunched mozilla and tried again to open java.sun.com ---> no way mozilla hangs everytime. I have to use xkill to kill it. I'm using Redhat7.1 and KDE 2.1 Good luck. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.install java plugin from netscape ftp site (as mozilla asked to do) (being root) 2.re-launch mozilla (to make it start with the java plugin) 3.open http://java.sun.com -----------> HANGS EVERY TIME Actual Results: Hangs every time Expected Results: Don't know
