The current homescreen has a bookmark to launch the rocketbar. We need to implement this in the new homescreen2. Ideally this should be implemented in bookmarks datastore, but is not yet synced. I might land a quick patch to hard code this, but we should try to move this into the bookmarks datastore.

This is not required for 2.0 as the home2 app will not ship with rocketbar in this release. Clearing the milestone.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.
As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
