Description:
After swiping up on the screen, a white line appears at the top of the clock app or FM Radio app

Note: This issue also occurs in the FM Radio app

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C/Flame to BuildID: 20140423040203
2) Open Clock app
3) Swipe up
4) Observe

Actual:
There is a white line 

Expected:
There is no white line.

I have added two pictures, Correct_Picture being the non bug picture and the Bug_Picture is the picture with the bug.

Issue does not repro on 2.0 Buri build
