User taps Messaging App, New Message icon, and Attachment icon to select a video to add to an unwritten message. After Video button is selected, the user interface has elements of the screen that do not vanish gracefully (the Select From text appears in double-vision as it slides off and transitions to the Video page). Next, the video icon and select icon briefly displays at the footer of a black window screen then vanishes. Finally the Select a video page appears with all videos available. The transition is not ideal, granted is less than 5 seconds, and not graceful. You may fast forward to the eight second mark of the video to observe this in full speed and slo-motion for effect. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140424014003
2) Tap Messaging App then New Message icon
3) Tap paper clip icon to add attachment and select Video

Actual:
The Select From text appears in double-vision as it slides off and transitions to the Video page. Next, the video and select buttons briefly display at the footer of a black window screen. Finally the Select a video page appears with all videos available. 

Expected:
The select a video page appears with all videos available and appears gracefully - without elements briefly showing from other screens.

This issue does reproduce on 1.3 Buri. Following the STR in Comment 0 the presentation is not ideal as the Select From text appears in double-vision as it slides off and transitions to the Video page. Next, the video and select buttons briefly display at the footer of a black window screen. Finally the Select a video page appears with all videos available.
