Description:
After a call has ended the call volume is adjusting when changing the volume.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C/Flame to BuildID: 20140424040201
2) With a 2nd device call the test device
3) Let the test device timeout
4) Turn the test device screen on and adjust the call volume
5) On the 2nd device end the call

Actual:
The call volume is active over the phone volume

Expected:
The default phone volume to show not call volume

I was able to repro on 2.0 Buri, I was unable to repro on 1.4 Open_C/Flame build.

Refer to picture: Volume.png

The title might be a little confusing, the "call volume bar" replaces the ringtone & notification UI volume. Normally on the homescreen the user would have the ringtone & notifications volume with around 15 keys and a silent / vibration setting.

Looking at the Volume.png picture, the Picture on the left is the correct layout which the user is supposed to see, the right picture is the bug where the volume is being adjusted with the wrong UI.

Calling the test device a second time the sound is actually changed to whatever setting the user puts the volume to.

I verified that issue does not repro on 1.4 on the latest build, I have changed the 1.4 to unaffected.

Might be a dupe of bug 998159.

Can we check if this happens on tarako?

Issue DOES reproduce on a Tarako device. 

The bug reproduces by following the STR and the attached video.
