This started up this afternoon on fx-team and b2g-inbound around 3pm. 
When the b2g nightlies were kicked off on mozilla-central tonight, it kicked off another round of tests. The previously green m-4 run from this morning started failing tonight.


There was a reconfig a few hours earlier, but nothing jumps out as causing this.

Curiously, mozilla-inbound hasn't shown this failure yet.


Not sure if this warrants a tree closure for all trunk trees, but filing nonetheless.

Bug 985128 and dependencies. Until someone persuades me differently by actual investigation or actual code, I'll continue to believe that the multiple timers which b2g fires which are related to hitting the network actually do hit the network, and I'll continue to blame failures which happen in hitting the network sorts of ways on that. Alas for this test, nobody actually feels responsible to do any investigation, and you can see by bug 983015 that we'll just throw an entire directory full of tests under the bus rather than do so.
