1. Launch Firefox in a new profile.
2. Under Options/Preferences - Privacy, choose "Firefox will: Use custom settings for history". Uncheck "Accept cookies from sites".
3. Load a knowledgebase article, e.g.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-perform-firefox-tasks-quickly
All the information is dumped on-screen, instead of displaying only the parts relevant to the operating system used (e.g. Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts show alongside those for Windows).
Editing Tools → version and OS switcher don't work.
Browser Console shows
"JQMIGRATE: Logging is active" common-min.js:9
SecurityError: The operation is insecure. common-min.js:9
Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead. common-min.js:3
common-min.js points to https://support.cdn.mozilla.net/static/js/common-min.js?build=2b625b7

Yeah, I can replicate this bug. Also, the product picker doesn't recognize my OS correctly (should be Mac, but it shows Windows). I'm not sure why any of this should rely on cookies, but unless it's unavoidable we should try to give people a good experience who opt out of storing cookies.
