firts, i use mozilla 0.9.4 200010091311 i noticed that if i put mouse on a link (cursor is now a hand) and then i use the up/down keys on the keyboard, the page scrolls but the cursor is not updated and it still remains a hand even if it's not a link instead of getting back the the 'normal' mouse you can try this with any page you want (i hope so)
