Details

When you set the title of a new suggested event you should immediately be taken to the the file upload page.

If you can, please give this a try on dev. Basically, the new thing is that after you've typed in a title and selected "pre-recorded" you get redirected to the file upload page. And after the file upload, the link takes you back to the request wizard where you type in the description and short description.
