part of perf regression hunting requires us to make lots of b2g builds. getting a machine set up to do b2g builds properly is a PITA. we should leverage docker to drastically speed up this process and make it uniform across windows, mac os x, and linux. (this will also get us down the road to doing reproducible builds from source that create bit-for-bit exactly the same binary results regardless of who runs the build.)
