Description:
'Screenshot saved to Gallery' is shown truncated when the device's language is set to Punjabi.

Repro steps
1) Update Buri device to v1.4 BuildID: 20140423000203
2) Launch Settings and switch the Language to Punjabi ਪੰਜਾਬੀ.
3) Verify the USB cord is NOT plugged in.
4) Hold the 'Power' button along with the 'Home' button to take a screenshot.
5) Pull down on the notification window and view the "Screenshot saved to Gallery" message in Punjabi.

Actual:
 The notification for 'Screenshot saved to Gallery' is truncated in Punjabi

Expected:
'Screenshot saved to Gallery' should be displayed without truncation

This is not a regression - this language was introduced with 1.4.
