Details
A very long word at the end of an indented line can be wrapped to the next line
without being prefixed by the indent >. Selecting rewrap will ignore that word,
leaving it on a line by itself. It appears that the editor line wrap is
interfering with rewrap, because there is not a hard return splitting the line
before the long word.
This can also recreate itself. I have manually cleaned up the above problem,
then hit rewrap twice and am taken back to where I started, with the long word
wrapped to a line by itself.

Marking this a dup of bug 100163
reporter being the same and the summary and the description sounds like they are
same problem.
